Description Adult has a white belly, undertail coverts, and underwing coverts, but otherwise dark brown plumage; legs and bill are yellowish. Juvenile is dark brown overall.

Discussion Large, tropical seabird that recalls immature Northern Gannet with its long, narrow wings, cigar-shaped body, and brown and white plumage; seen occasionally off Florida coast and Dry Tortugas.
